Where to Start?
- Start planning well in advance. We recommend about 10 months or more.  Most travel companies offer discounts to those who book at least 60 days in advance.
- Consider length of stay, weather, budget, and type of room. Is an ocean view or balcony very important?
- Gather information about your possible choices.  Talk to friends, relatives, visitor's bureaus, or web sites.
- Think you have it narrowed down? Call travel agency to get prices and more complete details.
- Make a deposit to hold your price. Availabity and prices are subject to change until deposit is paid.
- Make sure you have your passports. A passport  can take upto 6 weeks. For Travel outside the US in 2007 a PASSPORT will be REQUIRED!!  Visit the State Departments web site for details at travel.state.gov
- Check your wardrobe. Is a new swimsuit, formal dress, or maybe new luggage needed?
- Make your final payment on your trip 7 weeks before you depart on your trip.
- Pick up and look over your tickets about 21 days prior.  Ask you travel planner any last minute questions at that time.
- Leave copy of your itnerary and travel consultant's name and phone number in case of emergency. Carry these numbers with you in case you need assistance while traveling too.
- Relax and have a great time, after all your trip was well planned by a professional!
